Features

Starter Units utilize side bracing on both sides of the shelving unit. If you have a stand alone unit, you will want it to be a starter unit. Add-On shelving units run next to a Starter unit to complete a continuous run of shelving, for example; a row of 3 shelving units along a wall would consist of 1 starter unit and 2 add-on units. A combination of starter and add-on units are the most economical configuration because the add-on units share the common side brace with the unit next to it. These Borroughs industrials shelving units are constructed with angle posts making each unit capable of standing alone, as apposed to a unit with "T-Posts" or "Beaded Posts" which must be assembled in-place and disassembled in order to move or rearrange the shelving. Angle post units can be moved around without fully disassembling them, and can even be pre-assembled off-site and transported to the installation site.
